WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you purchased directly from OLUX please contact OLUX at office@oluxbrand.com to process your refund and/or exchange.  All exchanges/refunds must occur within 60 days of your original purchase date. 

 

IS THERE A RESTOCKING FEE OR FREIGHT CHARGE WHEN RETURNING PRODUCTS?

We do not charge a restocking fee. You will be responsible for the cost of mailing the brace back to OLUX if it is required.
